Job Title: Commercial and Property Manager

Work Setup: Onsite

Schedule: Rotating Shift with 2 Days Off

Target Start Date: February 2026

Job Overview

The Commercial and Property Manager is a senior management role responsible for leading leasing and property operations across a defined portfolio. The role focuses on tactical and operational execution while aligning property strategy with overall business objectives. This position requires strong leadership, commercial acumen, and deep expertise in retail leasing, property management, and business development.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing leasing and property team, with emphasis on capability building, engagement, and succession planning
  • Establish and manage KPIs and performance frameworks to ensure accountability, operational efficiency, and excellence in execution
  • Recognize, reward, and retain high-performing team members to drive sustained results
  • Oversee day-to-day commercial and property operations within assigned areas or portfolios
  • Support network expansion and property strategy aligned with overall business objectives
  • Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and regulatory requirements to inform leasing and commercial decisions
  • Drive business development initiatives, including site identification and commercial feasibility assessment
  • Lead and support lease negotiations, renewals, and contractual agreements
  • Oversee coordination of store construction, design, and handover for new and existing locations
  • Ensure compliance with government regulations, lease terms, and internal policies

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Business, Property Management, or a related field
  • Minimum of 15 years of experience in commercial property and/or leasing roles
  • At least 10 years of experience in the retail industry, preferably within multi-site environments
  • Strong background in lease negotiation, commercial strategy, and portfolio management
  • Proven experience in business development and retail expansion
  • Experience overseeing store construction and design processes
  • Strong leadership, stakeholder management, and communication skills
  • Amenable to frequent travel within assigned geographic areas
