Role: Commercial Property Manager

Work Arrangement: Work from Home

Location: Philippines - Ortigas / Makati / Angeles / Mabalacat / Cebu / Davao

Schedule: Morning Shift

Responsibilities

  • Commercial Lease Preparations & Disclosure Statements
  • Processing Commercial lease application forms
  • Uploading and managing the marketing material of all commercial properties (board orders, online advertising etc)
  • Arrears task
  • Lease renewal task
  • Rent review task calculating CPI increase
  • Researching market review rent
  • Reply and manage emails
  • Maintenance work orders
  • Sending and receiving Tax Invoices

Qualification And Requirements

EXPERIENCE:

  • 3+ years of experience in real estate, property management, or a related field.

Qualifications

  • At least an associate degree in business administration, real estate, or a related field; a bachelor's degree is preferred.

Software

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and advanced familiarity with property management software.

Personality Match/Soft Skills

  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of interacting professionally with tenants and team members.
  • Proactive approach to problem-solving and process improvement.

Non-negotiable Skills & Requirements

  • Basic level to experienced level of administration work of Commercial Property Management
