Job Description

Work Set-up: Hybrid

Work Schedule: Flexi time

Salary: 35-40,000

Job Description:

-Will work directly with the CEO and leadership team in building the agency's commercial engine. This role blends sales coordination, client management, and business operations - perfect for someone who thrives in fast paced environments and wants to grow into a senior leadership path.

Responsibilities:

-Support the CEO in day to day commercial operations -client meetings, proposal building, follow-ups, and deal tracking

-Coordinate across internal teams (content, production, strategy) to ensure timely delivery of client campaigns

-Prepare decks, proposals, and reports for pitches and active clients

-Manage admin and operational tasks that keep the business running smoothly (calendar management, documentation, procurement)

-Help develop sales pipelines and maintain CRM data

-Participate in brand meetings and represent Echelon professionally in select client touchpoints

Qualifications:

-At least 2-4 years marketing experience in marketing, media or business operations

-Organized, proactive and comfortable, working closely with executives

-Excellent written and verbal communication skills

-Strong Powerpoint/google slides/and excel/sheet skills

-Excited to grow into either a commercial leadership or chief of staff track
