Stevens and Associates Millwork Ltd. is looking for aJunior Commercial Millwork Estimatorto join our growing team.
We specialize in architectural millwork and custom cabinetry for commercial, institutional, and hospitality projects.
This role will be based in the Philippines
Key Responsibilities
- Review drawings, specs, and tender documents for millwork scope
- Perform detailed takeoffs and prepare accurate cost estimates
- Request and analyze supplier and subcontractor quotes
- Prepare pricing sheets, proposals, and bid summaries
- Coordinate with project managers and production teams
Requirements
- 35 years of commercial millwork estimating experience (preferred)
- Strong ability to read construction drawings
- Proficient in Excel; experience with Prime 6400, Cabinet Vision, AutoCAD, Bluebeam, or PlanSwift is an asset
- Knowledge of AWMAC/NAAWS 4.0 standards is a strong advantage
- Strong attention to detail and communication skills
