Habitus Design Group is an international interior design studio specialising in luxury hospitality, integrated resorts, and high-end residential projects.

As our Manila studio continues to grow, we are seeking an experienced Commercial Manager to join the team.

This is a full-time, Manila-based role supporting the studio's commercial and financial operations.

Requirements

• Degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or related field
• 7–10 years experience in a finance or commercial role
• Experience in a managerial or leadership position
• Familiarity with design processes and commercial frameworks
• Experience in interior design, architecture, or a related industry is highly regarded

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee commercial and financial operations
• Manage contracts, budgeting, and cost control
• Maintain bookkeeping, accounts payable and receivable
• Support financial reporting and compliance
• Build and manage client and consultant relationships
