We are seeking a high-performing Commercial Lead to spearhead our Recruitment Process Outsourcing (RPO) and Executive Search division. Leveraging Bossjob's massive database of over 3 million registered candidates in the Philippines, you will be responsible for acquiring B2B clients and delivering high-quality recruitment solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- B2B Client Acquisition: Actively hunt for new business opportunities in the RPO and headhunting space, specifically targeting industries such as Fintech, IT, E-commerce, and Finance.
- Solution Design: Craft tailored RPO/Headhunting proposals for clients, utilizing Bossjob's platform features to guarantee delivery speed and quality.
- Full-Cycle Delivery: Oversee the end-to-end recruitment process, from requirement analysis to candidate onboarding, ensuring high client satisfaction.
- Portfolio Management: Maintain and expand your own portfolio of corporate clients (HR Directors, C-levels).
Requirements:
- 3-5 years of proven experience in a Headhunting Agency or RPO firm.
- Priority possesses a strong existing network of B2B clients and HR decision-makers in the Philippines.
- Ability to leverage data and digital platforms to optimize candidate sourcing and matching.
- Proven track record of building or scaling a recruitment business line from 0 to 1.
