Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated Digital & IT (D&IT) Consultant to support business and technology initiatives across the organization. This role will be responsible for bridging business needs with technology solutions through requirements analysis, solution design, and end-to-end project execution. The ideal candidate is both strategic and hands-on, with strong business acumen and technical understanding.
Key Responsibilities
Business & Functional:
- Conduct business requirements gathering, analysis, and process documentation
- Translate business needs into scalable and efficient technology solutions
- Develop solution design proposals and architecture, covering business applications and D&IT infrastructure
- Apply best practices in:
- Application design methodologies (e.g., Agile)
- Interface and integration design
- Capacity planning and system scalability
- Manage and deliver medium to large-scale IT projects, ensuring timelines, scope, and quality standards are met
- Perform business analysis to identify improvement opportunities and drive digital transformation initiatives
- Oversee vendor and supplier management, including coordination, performance tracking, and delivery assurance
- Support budgeting activities with a solid understanding of financial and cost management principles
Qualifications
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in IT, Digital, or Technology Consulting roles
- Proven experience in business analysis, solution design, and project delivery
- Strong understanding of IT infrastructure and enterprise applications
- Experience working in Agile or hybrid project environments is preferred
- Demonstrated ability to manage stakeholders and vendors effectively
