About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Recruitment Consultant with a strong background in hiring for technology roles. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, understands the tech talent landscape, and can partner effectively with hiring managers to deliver top-tier candidates.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment for technology positions (e.g., software development, IT infrastructure, data, cybersecurity).
- Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements, team dynamics, and hiring goals.
- Source candidates through various channels including job boards, social media, networking, and referrals.
- Screen, interview, and assess candidates for technical and cultural fit.
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified tech professionals.
- Provide market insights, salary benchmarks, and hiring trends to stakeholders.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
- Maintain accurate records in the applicant tracking system (ATS).
Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of recruitment experience, with a strong focus on technology roles.
- Proven track record in sourcing and placing candidates in IT/tech positions.
- Strong understanding of technical terminology and roles (e.g., developers, DevOps, QA, cloud engineers).
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience working in a hybrid or fast-paced, high-volume recruitment environment is a plus.
