Position Summary
The Commercial Executive supports the commercial leasing team by generating leads, qualifying corporate tenants, scheduling meetings, and assisting in property presentations.
The role focuses on lead generation, appointment setting, and coordination, while the Principal Broker or Senior Team handles negotiations and closing.
This is a sales support and lead generation role for commercial properties such as offices, warehouses, retail spaces, and commercial buildings.
Main Responsibilities
Lead Generation
Research and identify potential corporate tenants
Call or message prospects to introduce available properties
Generate new tenant inquiries and leads
Target: 20+ qualified tenant leads per month
Appointment Setting
Contact potential tenants
Understand their basic requirements (size, location, budget)
Schedule property viewing appointments with the senior team
Confirm schedules and coordinate meetings
Key Responsibilities
Client Qualification
- Ask basic questions such as:
- Required floor area
- Rental budget
- Preferred location
- Parking requirement
- Timeline for move-in
- Record client requirements in CRM
Property Presentation Support
- Assist in preparing property information
- Send property details and proposals to clients
- Help schedule and coordinate site inspections
Listing Support (Optional)
- Help identify potential commercial properties for lease
- Assist in initial landlord coordination
- Support listing documentation and property research
Performance Targets
- Generate 20+ tenant leads per month
- Schedule 1015 viewing appointments
- Support at least 12 commercial deals per month
Qualifications
Preferred but not strictly required:
- Graduate of Marketing, Business Administration, or related course
- Good communication skills (English & Filipino)
- Confident speaking with business owners or corporate clients
- Organized and detail-oriented
- Familiar with Excel, Google Sheets, and email
- Willing to work in office and do occasional site visits
Compensation
Sales experience is an advantage but not required.
Option A
- 18,000 monthly allowance
