What You'll Do:
- Lead the demand planning process, ensuring accurate and timely forecasts across products and regions.
- Facilitate pre-demand and demand review meetings with Commercial leaders.
- Align and consolidate forecast inputs from Sales and Marketing to build a consensus forecast.
- Cascade the final forecast, including branch allocation, to key stakeholders.
- Track and analyze forecast accuracy by product, brand, category, and region.
- Partner with Marketing and Supply Chain to balance demand, supply, and business goals.
- Perform other related tasks that support the Sales and Operations Planning process.
What Makes You a Great Fit:
- Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain, Management Engineering, Math, Statistics, Marketing, or related field.
- At least 3 years of experience in demand planning, forecasting, or S&OP.
- Proven experience leading or facilitating demand planning discussions.
- Strong data analysis skills with advanced Microsoft Excel proficiency.
- Familiar with ERP systems and forecasting tools.
- Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities.
- Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate across teams.
