As our commercial footprint continues to grow, we are hiring a Commercial Content Operations Executive to support and elevate our BRANDVOICE offering. BRANDVOICE is Forbes Australia's premium partner content product, produced by our commercial editorial team in collaboration with sponsoring brands, delivering high quality storytelling aligned to the authority and standards of the Forbes name.

The Ideal Candidate:

  • A polished, clientfacing communicator with exceptional written and verbal skills, capable of representing the Forbes brand with authority and professionalism.
  • Loves optimizing processes, highly organized, and proactive
  • Strong project management and has a background in executive-support capability
  • Excellent attention to detail and tech-savvy

Responsibilities:

Working closely with the Commercial Editor, you'll serve as the primary client-facing liaison, managing communication through calls and email while ensuring high-touch, professional experience.

  • Act as the exclusive custodian of BRANDVOICE, overseeing the review, coordination and approval process for all commercial communications and materials, ensuring they meet Forbes brand and editorial standards while being delivered accurately and on schedule
  • Map, document, and improve internal processes, creating structured workflows and SOPs that enhance operational efficiency across the commercial team.
  • Provide proactive endtoend client service support, handling both frontend interactions and backend coordination with precision and exceptional attention to detail.
  • Deliver project management support at an EA level, coordinating timelines, actions, and cross-functional alignment for all client-related tasks.
  • Support online content publication and updates using WordPress, ensuring accuracy, proper formatting, brand-consistent presentation, and SEO.
  • Leverage AIpowered workflow, productivity, and contentprocessing tools to streamline tasks, enhance content operations, improve internal processes, and support the efficient delivery of BRANDVOICE projects.

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of experience in a clientfacing role, ideally within Operations Management or executivelevel support in a fastpaced, professional environment.
  • Media industry experience is preferred but not essential.
  • Strong proficiency with modern digital tools, including WordPress or similar CMS platforms, as well as project management systems.
  • Demonstrated experience in WordPress content publishing and management.
  • Strong background in operating independently in a remote, selfdirected setting
  • High cognitive agility
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification required.
