Key Responsibilities:
- Responsible for developing new business opportunities and leading the expansion of the Airports Business Unit (BU), which encompasses projects such as airport products and services and real estate near airports.

- Regular market research and immersion in the local and regional airport sectors are required for strategic expansion.
- The job description includes creating authorized projects through team development, financial analysis, contract document preparation, procurement, and project implementation.
- Oversees projects from beginning to end, keeping track of budgets and timetables, assessing compliance, and coordinating strategy.
- Aids in the development of financial models that determine if it is financially possible to purchase infrastructure or begin new real estate projects.
Qualifications:
- A management, finance, or engineering degree graduate is preferred; an MBA or CFA is an advantage
- Five (5) years of business development experience, ideally in assessing prospects relating to commercial malls.
- A proven track record of success in business development
