- Hands‑on involvement in at least one AI, agentic, or generative‑enabled initiative (e.g., automation, AI-assisted workflows, chatbot/LLM integration, or agentic use cases), either through direct implementation or as part of a delivery team
- Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills
- Ability to support delivery workstreams, research, analysis, and documentation
- Comfortable working in fast‑evolving, ambiguous problem spaces
Management Consulting Manager
- 10+ years of experience delivering digital commerce, platform, or AI‑enabled transformation
- Proven ability to lead workstreams and manage consultants or analysts
- Experience translating strategy into executable solutions and roadmaps, particularly in digital commerce or AI-enabled customer experiences
- Strong client‑facing skills, including facilitation and stakeholder management
- Ability to connect technology concepts (e.g., AI, APIs, automation) with real customer or business use cases
- Exposure to AI‑driven discovery, agentic systems, or advanced commerce ecosystems is strongly preferred
Management Consulting Senior Manager
- 12+ years of experience in consulting, digital commerce, platform strategy, or technology transformation
- Proven track record leading complex, multi‑disciplinary programs
- Ability to influence senior client stakeholders and shape strategic direction
- Strong understanding of ecosystems, APIs, data architecture, and AI‑driven experiences
- Experience shaping or leading AI-enabled transformation initiatives, particularly in commerce, customer experience, or digital platforms
- Experience building teams, scaling capabilities, and contributing to practice growth
