Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site position for a College Instructor at Pangasinan State University's Lingayen campus. The instructor will be responsible for delivering lectures, preparing course materials, evaluating student progress, guiding research activities, and performing other teaching duties. The role also includes contributing to curriculum development, participating in faculty meetings, and engaging in professional development activities.

Qualifications

• Excellent Communication and Teaching skills to effectively engage and inspire students
• Proficiency in Curriculum Development and Training to design and implement effective learning materials
• Strong background or experience in Education to uphold and support academic standards
• Commitment to fostering an inclusive and collaborative learning environment
• Ability to manage and mentor students in academic and research tasks
• Minimum of a Master's degree in a relevant field; a Doctorate is an advantage
• Previous teaching experience in higher education is highly preferred
