Overview
ISS is growing! We seek a Collections Analyst to contribute to our expanding success- a self-motivated professional to assist with collections. This position will work within a dedicated collections team as part of the ISS Sales Operations organization.
Responsibilities
- Communicate with clients to ensure prompt resolution of client payment or contractual issues including refunds, and unapplied cash receipts.
- Monitor accounts and investigate historical data to support client communication.
- Update account status records and collections efforts in NetSuite.
- Partner with Billing Team and Sales Teams on client issues.
- Uploading of invoices on client payment portals.
- Collection on global entities
Qualifications
- Bachelorâs degree graduate (Preferably any Finance/ Accounting related course).
- Minimum of 3 yearsâ B2B experience (Business to Business) in Collections either from a multinational or local company.
- Excellent communication skills, outgoing and confident. Fluency in English is essential.
- Extremely organized, detail oriented and hard working- with a roll up your sleeves attitude.
- Strong MS Office (especially in Excel) skills required.
- NetSuite and SalesForce experience a plus.
- Amenable to work in a midshift schedule (3pm- 12mn, Manila Time) at Makati city in a hybrid working arrangement (at least 3 days work onsite per week).
