results-driven Collection Team Leader to manage and optimize our
device finance collections operations in the Philippines. The ideal candidate will have
hands-on experience in consumer finance collections, digital/retail lending, and mobile device finance, with prior experience in
Home Credit, Salmon, Billease, or PayJoy.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead, mentor, and manage a team of collections officers to achieve and exceed collection targets
- Develop and implement collection strategies to maximize recovery while maintaining excellent customer experience
- Monitor daily collection performance, KPIs, and team productivity, providing actionable insights for improvement
- Coordinate with sales, operations, and customer service teams to address delinquency issues and account resolutions
- Ensure compliance with Philippine regulatory requirements, BSP guidelines, and company policies in all collection activities
- Analyze portfolio risk, customer behavior, and trends to optimize collection strategies and reduce delinquency rates
- Maintain strong relationships with partners, retailers, and other stakeholders to facilitate smooth recovery processes
- Identify opportunities for process improvements, automation, and digital collection initiatives
Required Qualifications and Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or related field
- 5+ years of experience in collections management, preferably in device finance, consumer lending, or fintech
- Proven experience in Home Credit, Salmon, Billease, PayJoy, or similar organizations
- Strong understanding of Philippine consumer finance regulations and collections best practices
- Excellent leadership, coaching, and team management skills
- Data-driven mindset with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Strong communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
