About the Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Cold Calling Sales Representative to join our growing team. This role is focused almost entirely on outbound phone prospecting and generating new business opportunities through high-volume cold calling.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct high-volume outbound cold calls to prospective customers daily.
- Identify and engage key decision-makers across target accounts.
- Build interest in the company's products and services through compelling conversations.
- Qualify prospects and uncover business needs through effective discovery.
- Handle objections confidently and professionally.
- Schedule qualified meetings or sales opportunities for the closing team.
- Maintain accurate records of all activities and interactions in the CRM.
- Consistently meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly activity and performance targets.
- Follow established sales processes while continuously improving outreach effectiveness.
- Collaborate with sales leadership to refine messaging and improve conversion rates.
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of proven cold calling experience in a sales, SDR, BDR, or lead generation role.
- Demonstrated success generating opportunities through outbound prospecting.
- Neutral or American-accented English with exceptional verbal communication skills.
- Comfortable making a high volume of outbound calls every day.
- Strong objection-handling and conversation management abilities.
- Highly motivated, competitive, and goal-oriented.
- Self-starter with a proactive, go-getter mentality.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Experience using CRM systems and sales engagement tools.
- Reliable internet connection and professional home office setup.
