What you'll do

Cold call US-based marketing agencies every day using a provided dialer and script

Pitch CreatoRain's creator payout solution to agency owners and decision makers

Handle inbound callbacks professionally and move prospects to a discovery call

Log all activity in the CRM and report daily call metrics

Work US business hours (EST or PST) — night shift Philippines time

Requirements

1+ years of B2B cold calling or outbound sales experience

Neutral, clear, professional English — must be confident speaking to US business owners

Reliable internet connection and a quiet working environment

Comfortable working independently and hitting daily call targets

Experience calling into the US market is a strong plus
