Role Description

This is a remote, contract-based role for a Cold Calling Expert/Call Center Representative. In this position, you will be responsible for conducting outbound calls to prospective clients, generating leads, qualifying prospects, and scheduling appointments. The role requires maintaining detailed records of customer interactions, following established call scripts, and meeting or exceeding performance targets. Collaboration with sales and marketing teams to refine outreach strategies will also be a key aspect of your responsibilities.
