Part Time role: 8 hours (M-F)
Key Responsibilities
- Make 350+ outbound calls per day to prospects and existing customers.
- Actively sell and cross-sell Allstate insurance products using provided leads, including:
- Internet leads
- Win-back lists
- Cross-sell lists
- Re-quote lists
- Potential cold lists
- Perform live transfers of qualified, engaged prospects to licensed insurance agents.
- Use the Ricochet system to manage, track, and update leads efficiently.
- Convert conversations into:
- Policy opportunities
- Qualified appointments
- Live transfers
- Maintain a 40–45% contact rate and deliver 2–3 qualified opportunities daily from cold lists.
- Provide an excellent customer experience while consistently meeting or exceeding performance targets.
Qualifications and Skills
- Strong sales and communication skills with the ability to influence, qualify, and close.
- Prior experience in telesales, insurance sales, or call center sales preferred.
- Ability to manage live transfer processes smoothly and professionally.
- Resilient, goal-oriented, and comfortable working in a high-volume outbound call environment.
