Cold Caller

Job Overview

Our client is looking for a Cold Caller to conduct high-volume outbound calls to business owners who do not currently have a website. The primary goal is to follow provided scripts, introduce a free website offer, obtain approval to email custom website domain links, and maintain accurate records within GoHighLevel.

Schedule: Monday - Friday, 10:00 AM - 6:00 PM Central Time, with 1 hour unpaid break (40 work hours per week)

Responsibilities

• Conduct high-volume outbound cold calls to business owners identified as not having a website
• Work within GoHighLevel using an integrated power dialer to manage call lists and pipelines
• Follow provided scripts to engage prospects and introduce the free website offer
• Secure approval from prospects to send their custom website domain link via email
• Update lead stages and pipeline statuses within GoHighLevel after each call
• Provide light customer support by answering basic questions about the website builder and subscription service (with opportunities to handle inbound support inquiries as needed)
• Maintain accurate records of call outcomes and prospect interactions

Requirements

• Proven experience in outbound cold calling or telemarketing
• Familiarity with CRM systems and power dialers
• Ability to follow scripts while adapting naturally to conversations
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and maintain consistent call volume
• High level of attention to detail when updating lead information
