Professional & Technical Skills:

- Required Skill: Expert proficiency in COBOL.

- Strong understanding of legacy system integration and maintenance.

- Experience with performance tuning and optimization of COBOL applications.

- Familiarity with software development lifecycle and best coding practices.

- Ability to analyze complex business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.

- Proficient in debugging and troubleshooting COBOL programs to ensure reliability and efficiency.

Additional Information:

- The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in COBOL.

Shift Schedule: Mid 2pm to 12mn

Work Set up: Hybrid

Number of days in a month or week that needs to be in the office: 2 times a week
