Coating, Painting & Insulation (Piping & Pipeline) Inspector

Key Responsibilities
- Inspect coating, painting, and insulation activities for piping and pipeline systems.
- Monitor surface preparation, coating application, insulation installation, and testing activities.
- Conduct coating inspections including DFT, WFT, holiday testing, adhesion testing, and environmental checks.
- Ensure compliance with project specifications, QA/QC requirements, and industry standards.
- Inspect pipeline coating systems, including 3LPE (Three-Layer Polyethylene) coatings.
- Prepare inspection reports, NCRs, and quality documentation.
Qualifications
- 3-Year Diploma or 4-Year Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering.
- Diploma Holders: Minimum 12 years QA/QC experience in Coating, Painting & Insulation, including 8 years in Oil & Gas.
- Bachelor's Degree Holders: Minimum 10 years QA/QC experience in Coating, Painting & Insulation, including 6 years in Oil & Gas.
- Certified BGAS Grade 2 or NACE Level 2 Coating Inspector.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar inspection role.
- Strong knowledge of coating inspection methods, corrosion protection systems, and insulation works.
- Familiarity with 3LPE pipeline coating systems is required.
- Must possess a valid passport and be willing to travel and mobilize for international project assignments.
Preferred: Experience in refinery, petrochemical, EPC, or pipeline projects.
