We're currently hiring CMS Specialist. The role supports media development and content management initiatives by coordinating with technical leads, managing CMS content delivery, and providing user support. It ensures timely project execution, system improvements, and high-quality content across platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate with technical leads on task assignments, project goals, and content activities.
  • Manage content loading, maintenance, testing, and troubleshooting across CMS platforms.
  • Review and assess requests for content updates or system changes, ensuring feasibility and timely delivery.
  • Prepare and maintain project documentation, status reports, and service tracking.
  • Provide user and customer support, addressing issues to ensure service quality and satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure service continuity and support knowledge transfer.
  • Maintain technical and business knowledge while adhering to confidentiality and compliance standards.
  • Perform other related tasks as assigned.

Qualifications:

Education

  • Bachelor's or College degree in Multimedia Arts, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (preferred but not required).

Experience

  • At least two (2) years of experience in CMS or content loading roles.
  • Experience with Coremedia and Strapi is an advantage.

Skills & Competencies

  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, InDesign, After Effects).
  • Strong knowledge of content loading processes, including translations and media assets.
  • Ability to analyze requirements and recommend technical solutions.
  • Strong documentation, quality control, and organizational skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Customer-focused with strong interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively and manage priorities independently.
