Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Architecture, Business, or any related field.
With at least 10 years of experience in property management, handling residential projects.
Strong knowledge of building management laws, National Building Code, and regulations on safety, emergency evacuation, and environmental protection.
Ability to understand, analyze, and interpret business documents. Skilled in writing reports, manuals, speeches, and articles.
Strong communication skills to handle complex inquiries and present information to teams or large groups.
Knowledge of financial principles, with the ability to calculate figures and prepare financial reports.
Job Details:
Manage day-to-day Cluster operations through the Property Management Company, including facilities, security, housekeeping, equipment, customer service, finance, and admin.
Ensure all properties consistently follow SMDC brand standards.
Coordinate with SMDC units (Project Development, Engineering, QA, Turnover) for seamless project handovers.
Assist in setting and implementing company goals, strategies, and operational plans.
Review and endorse annual budgets before final submission to SMDC leadership.
Build and lead a high-performing property management team to deliver quality service and maintain company standards.
