We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Cloud Support Engineer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience with cloud platforms, excellent problem-solving skills, and a passion for customer support. You will be responsible for troubleshooting and resolving complex technical issues, providing exceptional customer service, and contributing to the continuous improvement of our cloud infrastructure.
Key Responsibilities
Provide technical support for cloud-based applications and services.
Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to cloud infrastructure, including networking, security, and performance.
Collaborate with internal teams to identify, analyze, and resolve technical problems.
Assist customers with deploying, configuring, and managing their cloud environments.
Monitor and maintain cloud infrastructure to ensure optimal performance and availability.
Document support cases, solutions, and best practices.
Stay up-to-date with the latest cloud technologies and industry trends.
Participate in on-call rotation to provide 24/7 support as needed.
Qualifications
Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. Equivalent experience may be considered.
Experience:
3+ years of experience in a technical support or cloud engineering role.
Hands-on experience with major cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
Technical Skills:
Proficient in cloud infrastructure management and services.
Strong understanding of networking, security, and database management.
Experience with scripting languages (e.g., Python, Bash) and automation tools (e.g., Terraform, Ansible).
Familiarity with containerization technologies (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes).
Certifications (preferred):
AWS Certified Solutions Architect, Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator, or similar certifications.
Soft Skills:
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
