Primary Responsibilities:
- Administer and maintain enterprise storage platforms (NetApp, HPE 3PAR/Nimble, Dell, Pure, Nutanix, ) ensuring high availability and compliance
- Design and manage NAS and SAN storage solutions, including upgrades and data migrations
- Implement and manage data protection strategies using SnapMirror, Snapshots, and replication technologies
- Administer backup tools (Rubrik, Cohesity, Commvault, BackupExec, Veeam Backup,Azure/AWS Backup) for scheduled backups and restores
- Perform restore operations for files, servers, virtual machines, and SQL databases
- Monitor storage and backup infrastructure performance identify and resolve potential bottlenecks
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of storage and backup services
- Maintain detailed documentation of configurations, processes, and troubleshooting guides
- Participate in 24x7 operations support and on-call rotation

Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems or equivalent experience
- 5+ years of experience in storage and backup administration in enterprise environments
- Hands-on experience with backup tools (Rubrik, Cohesity, Commvault, BackupExec, Veeam Backup Azure/AWS backup,)) and restore operations
- Solid knowledge of storage platforms (NetApp, HPE 3PAR/Nimble, Dell, Pure, Nutanix,) and storage design (NAS, SAN)
- Familiarity with ITIL processes and service management frameworks
- Proven excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Proven solid communication and collaboration abilities
