Job Description

ACMobility is seeking a skilled Cloud Operations Officer to manage and optimize our cloud infrastructure. You will ensure high availability, security, and performance of cloud services while supporting business continuity and driving innovation.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage Cloud Infrastructure: Oversee cloud environments (AWS, Azure, GCP) for scalability and reliability.
  • Monitor & Troubleshoot: Implement monitoring tools, respond to incidents, and resolve issues promptly.
  • Ensure Security & Compliance: Apply best practices for security and regulatory compliance.
  • Automate & Optimize: Develop scripts and workflows to streamline operations and reduce costs.
  • Collaborate & Support: Work with DevOps, Network, and Security teams to deliver seamless cloud services.

Qualifications

Education: Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field.

Experience: Minimum 2 years in cloud operations or administration.

Technical Skills:Hands-on experience with AWS, Azure, or GCP.

  • Knowledge of automation tools.
  • Familiarity with containerization technologies.

Soft Skills: Strong problem-solving abilities and excellent communication skills.
