Your Role
As a CloudOps Engineer, you will play a key role in managing and optimizing multi-cloud environments. Your responsibilities will include:
- Ensuring high availability, performance, security, and operational efficiency across mission-critical systems.
- Collaborate with SRE partners and cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment.
- Act as an escalation point for user support, leading investigations, troubleshooting, and systems administration.
- Contribute to process documentation, reporting, data analysis, and automation initiatives.
- Provide solution recommendations to improve systems and operations.
- Serve as a subject matter expert in cloud platforms and services, influencing operational strategies and objectives.
- Spearhead engineering projects and programs to drive technical excellence.
Your Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related technical field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience with AWS, plus hands-on experience with at least one other public cloud platform (e.g., Azure, Google Cloud, Alibaba Cloud); design/architecting experience is a plus.
- Proven experience integrating DevOps and CI/CD practices across public, private, or hybrid cloud infrastructures.
- Experience with DevOps tools (e.g., Git, GitLab, GitHub, Artifactory, Jenkins, TeamCity, Spinnaker) and deploying with platforms like Kubernetes.
- Hands-on experience in technical customer success and support, particularly with systems platforms, infrastructure, and services.
- AWS or other relevant cloud certifications (preferred).
