As a Cloud Infrastructure Engineer, you will be responsible for maintaining the reliability, scalability, and performance of cloud-based systems. You will handle incident and problem management across cloud environments, ensuring minimal disruption to business operations. Your day-to-day activities will include collaborating with cross-functional teams and vendors, supporting service management processes, and driving continuous improvements through change management. You will also contribute to knowledge base development to support efficient troubleshooting and operational excellence.

• Act as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) in cloud infrastructure and related technologies.
• Collaborate with multiple teams and contribute to key technical and operational decisions.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex infrastructure issues across cloud environments.
• Support incident, problem, and change management processes to ensure service stability.
• Monitor cloud system performance, availability, and cost efficiency, implementing improvements as needed.
• Facilitate knowledge sharing and training sessions to strengthen team capabilities.
• Serve as a liaison between technical teams and business stakeholders to align infrastructure solutions with business needs.
  
  

• Required: Expert proficiency in Cloud Infrastructure (e.g., AWS, Azure, or similar platforms).
• Strong understanding of incident, problem, and change management frameworks (ITIL preferred).
• Experience in managing and optimizing cloud-hosted services and environments.
• Good to have: Knowledge of Linux systems and content management platforms.
• Familiarity with infrastructure monitoring, automation, and performance tuning.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to engage both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  
  

• The candidate should have a minimum of 5 years of experience in Cloud Infrastructure.
• This position is based at our Manila office.
• Required: Experience with Alfresco / Mobius platform optimization, including repository management, archiving, and content retrieval.
• Shift Schedule: US hours, 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM Eastern Time (ET).
