We are looking for an experienced Cloud Infrastructure Engineer with strong expertise in cloud platforms and content management systems such as Alfresco or Mobius.
This role will focus on maintaining and optimizing cloud infrastructure, improving system performance, and supporting enterprise content management platforms.
Act as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) in cloud infrastructure and platform operations.
Collaborate with multiple teams to support architecture decisions and technical implementations.
Provide technical solutions for complex infrastructure and platform issues.
Conduct training sessions and knowledge sharing to enhance team capabilities.
Monitor system performance and implement performance and stability improvements.
Support incident and problem management processes.
Work as a bridge between technical teams and business stakeholders to align project goals.
Strong expertise in Cloud Infrastructure
Experience with Alfresco or Mobius platform optimization
Repository management, archiving, and content retrieval
Familiarity with AWS or Azure cloud environments
Strong knowledge of incident management and problem management processes
Experience with Linux environments
Bachelors/ Degree
