About the Role

JOB SUMMARY

The IT Solutions Cloud Engineer is responsible for designing, implementing, maintaining, and

optimizing cloud-based infrastructure and services that support the company's IT and

business management solutions. This role ensures secure, scalable, and cost-efficient cloud

environments while collaborating with internal teams and clients to deliver reliable and high performing

cloud solutions.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Design, deploy, and manage cloud infrastructure using platforms such as AWS and Huawei.

Implement cloud solutions that support business applications, data management, and IT services

Monitor cloud performance, availability, and cost efficiency; recommend optimizations

Ensure cloud environments follow security best practices, compliance standards, and governance policies

Perform cloud migrations, upgrades, and integrations from on-premise to cloud environments

Configure and maintain virtual machines, storage, networking, backups, and disaster recovery

solutions

Collaborate with developers, system administrators, and project teams to support application

deployments

Troubleshoot cloud infrastructure issues and provide timely resolution

Create and maintain technical documentation, architecture diagrams, and standard operating

procedures

Provide technical support and guidance to internal users and clients as needed

REQUIRED SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES

Strong understanding of cloud architecture, networking, and security principles

Hands-on experience with IaaS, PaaS, and SaaS models

Proficiency in cloud services such as compute, storage, load balancing, and identity management

Experience with Linux and/or Windows server environments

Familiarity with DevOps tools, CI/CD pipelines, and Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools (e.g.,

Terraform, ARM, CloudFormation)

Basic scripting knowledge (PowerShell, Bash, or Python)

Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills

Good communication skills and ability to work with both technical and non-technical
