RecruitGo is seeking a Clinical Research Assistant (Quality Assurance) supports clinical trial operations with a focus on data quality, compliance, and audit readiness. This role plays a key part in ensuring accurate documentation, efficient coordination of trial activities, and adherence to regulatory and internal standards.
You will work closely with cross-functional and international teams while managing clinical data across multiple systems and platforms.
Responsibilities:
- Assist in reviewing clinical trial protocols and related documentation
- Coordinate and track clinical trial schedules, activities, and timelines
- Maintain accurate, complete, and up-to-date patient and trial records
- Prepare, verify, and ensure audit-ready clinical trial data for site visits and inspections
- Perform data entry and ongoing data maintenance across clinical systems and third-party platforms (e.g., CRIO, Medidata)
- Support quality assurance processes to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal standards
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure smooth trial execution
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in a medical or allied health-related field (e.g., Nursing, Pharmacy, Medical Technology, Biology)
- At least 3–4 years of relevant experience in clinical trials, healthcare data management, or similar roles
- Experience working with international or cross-functional teams is an advantage
- Background in clinical data entry, data management, or quality assurance is preferred
- Hands-on experience with multiple healthcare or clinical systems (e.g., EDC, CTMS, or similar platforms)
- Strong attention to detail, organization, and documentation skills
