Location: Philippines (Field-based with clinic visits)

Reporting To: APAC Clinical Lead

Role Overview

The Clinical Trainer will serve as the frontline clinical education partner for Elogio Asia's EBD product portfolio in the Philippines. This role is responsible for ensuring that clinic staff, aesthetic nurses, therapists, and supporting medical personnel are trained to the highest standard on the safe, effective, and commercially optimised use of our devices spanning radiofrequency microneedling, low-level laser therapy, ultrasound-based skin management, hydrojet infusion, body contouring, and skin and body composition diagnostics.

You do not need to be a doctor but you must be clinically credible, confident in a clinic environment, and deeply knowledgeable about the devices you support. You will work closely with the sales team to drive adoption, support onboarding of new accounts, and reinforce best practices in existing ones.

Key Responsibilities

Device Training & Clinical Onboarding

Conduct hands-on device training for clinic staff including aesthetic nurses, therapists, and relevant support personnel.

Develop and deliver structured onboarding programmes for new clinic accounts.

Ensure trainees demonstrate safe, protocol-compliant operation of EBD devices before independent use.

Create and maintain treatment protocol guides, SOP documents, and training materials tailored to each device.

Field Support & Account Management

Provide on-site clinical support during device launches, initial treatments, and key account activations.

Conduct periodic follow-up visits to reinforce correct usage and address clinical questions.

Collaborate with the sales team to identify training gaps that may be limiting revenue performance in accounts.

Troubleshoot common treatment or operational issues on-site before escalating to technical support.

Workshop & Event Facilitation

Support the planning and execution of clinical workshops, user group meetings, and hands-on training events.

Assist in KOL engagement activities including co-training sessions and clinic demonstrations.

Present treatment protocols, before/after outcomes, and clinical evidence in a clear, accessible manner.

Content & Knowledge Development

Contribute to the development of training decks, case study templates, and educational videos.

Stay current on clinical indications, treatment parameters, and evidence for the EBD portfolio.

Provide field feedback on clinical trends, competitor activity, and trainer effectiveness to the BU Lead.

Compliance & Standards

Ensure all training activities adhere to regulatory and brand compliance standards.

Maintain accurate training records and documentation for all accounts and sessions conducted.

Uphold professional standards in all clinic and HCP interactions.

Qualifications & Requirements

Background in nursing, medical technology, allied health, or a related clinical field

Minimum 23 years of experience in a clinical, aesthetic, or medical device environment

Hands-on experience with energy-based devices particularly radiofrequency microneedling, low-level laser, ultrasound, hydrojet, or body contouring platforms is strongly preferred

Comfortable conducting training and demonstrations in a clinical setting

Strong communication and presentation skills in both Filipino and English

Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple clinic accounts and training schedules

Willing to travel nationwide for clinic visits, training sessions, and events

A collaborative team player who can work closely with sales and marketing functions
