Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Clinical Team Manager based in Manila. The Clinical Team Manager will oversee day-to-day clinical operations, manage and train staff, ensure quality improvement across services, and coordinate home care and medical support. This role requires effective communication with both healthcare teams and clients to deliver outstanding clinical services and meet organizational goals.
Qualifications
- Experience in Clinical Operations, with a proven ability to effectively manage day-to-day healthcare practices
- Proficiency in Training and developing clinical staff
- Knowledge of Home Care services and their operational standards
- Understanding of Medicine practices and protocols
- Strong commitment to Quality Improvement initiatives and processes
- Effective leadership and interpersonal skills to manage team performance and collaboration
- A degree in Nursing, Medicine, or a related healthcare field
- Professional certifications in clinical management or healthcare administration are a plus
