Role Description:
This is a full-time on-site role for a Clinical Research Coordinator at Peregrine Eye and Laser Institute. The Clinical Research Coordinator will be responsible for tasks related to informed consent, protocol adherence, research coordination, and managing clinical trials.
- Responsible for assisting the facilitation of all implementation phases of new studies as well as the ongoing coordination and maintenance of open and closed studies.
- The position arranges and oversees all clinical trial activities and plays a key role in assisting the Principal Investigator (PI) in recruiting patients for clinical studies.
- The position works closely with the Principal Investigator, members of the department, study sponsors and monitors, and the institution, to support and provide guidance on the administration of the compliance, financial, personnel, and other related aspects of all ongoing clinical studies.
Qualifications:
- With atleast 1 year experience as Research Coordinator
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., Medical Technology, Pharmacy, Nursing, Health Sciences)
- Certification in Good Clinical Practice (GCP) and Clinical Research is a plus
- PRC Licensed is a plus
