Key Responsibilities
- Streamline and optimize daily clinic workflows for maximum productivity and quality.
- Translate organizational goals into actionable initiatives that improve clinic performance.
- Analyze data, anticipate problems, and implement solutions fast.
- Lead by example: coach, manage, and elevate a diverse clinic team.
- Handle staff concerns with decisiveness, empathy, and professionalism.
- Ensure performance metrics are met through consistent follow-through and support.
- Set the tone for a warm, efficient, and responsive clinic experience.
- Quickly respond to issues that impact service delivery or patient satisfaction.
- Identify gaps and proactively create systems to address them.
- Partner with cross-functional leaders to scale best practices and operational upgrades
Must-have Skills/Experience:
- 4+ years of leadership experience in a fast-paced service or healthcare setting (e.g., clinic, retail, bank, hotel, etc.)
- Strong track record in operations management, process improvement, and staff development
- Confident decision-maker with excellent communication and execution skills
- Agile, systems-thinker who thrives in solving day-to-day operational challenges
- Computer-proficient; able to multitask in fast-paced setting
