JOB SUMMARY
Provides leadership, direction and administration of all aspects of clinic activities to ensure accomplishment of its targets and objectives; supports the Head of Retail Clinic Operations, and/or his/her designate, and actively contributes to the overall goals of the organization.
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
- Key delivery areas are: Customer Service and Brand Loyalty; Revenue and Profitability; Operational Efficiency; Quality Regulatory Compliance; People and Culture Excellence.
- Strictly implement and comply with the Practice Guidelines of your profession.
- Provide ethical and safe patient care and exceptional customer service.
- Ensure compliance to all government regulatory requirements.
- Attend meetings such as, but not limited to, Clinic Management staff meeting, QA meeting. Actively participate in order to contribute in the system improvement.
- Effectively disseminate information discussed through meetings, close monitoring of implementation and evaluation of results.
- Assure effective communication between members of the department and coordinate information with other concerned departments.
- Submit all reports required by Head Office department completely, accurately and on time.
- Ensure clinic security and patient/staff safety are in place.
- Compile and maintain records, reports and statistical information for evaluation and planning that may be required by the management.
- Report to facilities manager all Facilities concerns
- Report to biomed all medical equipment concerns
- Ensure that all machines within the department/s are well maintained and in working condition
- Regular monitoring of facility maintenance.
- Accountable for strict implementation Inventory management.
- Accountable for real time inventory of all supplies in all departments.
- Prepare, collate and submit all documentations as needed.
- Oversee and monitor availability and expiration of stocks/supplies/drugs.
- Ensure information security by changing the password of department email whenever there is a resigned staff.
- Observe confidentiality at all times.

QUALIFICATIONS
- Licensed Physician, Nurse or any Allied health professional
- With at least 5 years related experience in Retail Operations / Multi-Specialty Centers as Clinic Manager
- High level of integrity and with initiative to seek ways to improve work condition
- Has driven to further improve self professionally and personally through continued training
- Possesses analytical ability, decision-making abilities and leadership potential
- Results-oriented and can work well under pressure
