Work with Plant Controller in the budget and forecast process and plant performance management and ensure the reliability, consistency and availability of plant figures for management reporting and decisions.
Manage continuous process improvement with the plant team to leverage savings, improve service to cost, and develop process excellence mindset
Measure and monitor end to end performance level for the specific processes within his/her scope using relevant KPIs
Perform periodic process reviews
Identify, implement and communicate process improvements
Perform inventory and fixed asset control checks
Conducts Cost, Capex and Fixed Asset, Inventory and Variance Analysis
Perform end period closing
Recommends new policies and procedures and revisions
What You Should Have:
With Bachelor's Degree in Accountancy or Finance, preferably a licensed CPA
Knowledgeable in Advance MS Office Application
Experience in using JD Edwards Accounting ERP System is an advantage
Demonstrated understanding of business strategy and financial modelling
Minimum 3yrs manufacturing experience – costing & inventory analysis, cost computation & analysis, project management and month-end and year-end closing
Experience in budgeting, forecasting and management reporting
Highly organized and analytical
Has high attention to details
With strong communication and interpersonal skills
