CLIENT SUCCESS MANAGER

The VA Group is looking for a Client Success Manager to join our remote team!

Role: Client Success Manager

Rate: $7–$8/hr

Schedule: Full-Time | 40 hrs/week

Work Style: Remote

What You'll Do:

Manage and support Virtual Assistants and client accounts

Build strong relationships with clients and VAs

Monitor VA performance and provide coaching/feedback

Handle client concerns, complaints, and escalations

Conduct client check-ins and weekly meetings

Track KPIs, reports, and overall account performance

Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a smooth client experience

What We're Looking For:

3+ years of management experience, preferably in Client Success, Account Management, or Operations

Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills

Experience managing remote teams or VAs is a plus

Familiarity with CRM and project management tools

Highly organized, detail-oriented, and customer-focused
