This is a full-time, on-site position for a Client Services Production Coordinator located in Metro Manila. The role involves managing client relationships, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction, and supporting the coordination of audio production services. Key responsibilities include liaising with clients, overseeing project timelines, addressing client inquiries, and collaborating with the production team to deliver high-quality results. The coordinator will also assist with financial tasks related to client billing and project budgets.

• Strong skills in Client Services and Customer Service to build and maintain positive client relationships.
• Excellent Communication skills to effectively liaise between clients and production teams, ensuring clear and professional interactions.
• Knowledge of Customer Satisfaction practices to address client needs and exceed expectations.
• Proficiency in Finance-related tasks such as tracking budgets, billing, and managing invoices.
• Attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to work under tight deadlines are essential.
• Proficient in using office applications and project management tools.
• Experience working in audio production or a related industry is a plus.
• Bachelor's degree in Communications, Business, or a related field is preferred.
