Overview:
As a Client Services Production Coordinator at Sound Design Inc, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the seamless delivery of audio post-production services to our clients. This position involves client interaction, estimating costs, coordinating production teams, and assisting in the creation of exceptional audio soundtracks.
Responsibilities:
1. Client Interfacing:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, maintaining a positive and professional relationship.
- Promptly respond to client inquiries and requests, ensuring their needs are met effectively.
2. Cost Estimation:
- Prepare accurate cost estimates for audio post-production projects based on client requirements.
- Work closely with clients to align their expectations with budgetary constraints.
3. Team Coordination:
- Collaborate with audio post-production teams to schedule and organize workflow efficiently.
- Ensure projects are completed on time and within budget by coordinating resources effectively.
4. Production Assistance:
- Assist in the production of audio soundtracks by providing coordination support to the production team.
- Coordinate various aspects of production, including recording sessions and editing tasks.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree preferred but not a requirement.
- Previous experience in client services or production coordination is a plus.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Exceptional organizational abilities and attention to detail.
- Basic understanding of audio post-production processes (training will be provided).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook), Slack and Google Tools.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
- Enthusiasm for the advertising and audio production industry.
- Committed to working beyond regular working hours whenever a project requires.
