Key Responsibilities
Practice and Compliance Management
- Act as the primary administrator for XPLAN, ensuring software functionality is maximized for productivity and quality.
- Oversee the accuracy of fees, invoices, and operational compliance in alignment with current financial legislation and reforms.
- Collaborate with the Client Relationship Manager to implement process improvements and embed compliance into daily business operations.
Client Services and Administration
- Manage the annual review program and build lasting client relationships through efficient administration.
- Coordinate advisor diaries, manage meeting agendas, and handle complex client inquiries.
- Support the end-to-end advice process, including data gathering, fact-finding, and the preparation of SoA/RoA documents.
- Execute the implementation of applications, redemptions, and insurance workflows, ensuring all documentation meets licensee standards.
Candidate Qualifications
- Experience: Approximately 3 years of experience in client services, compliance, or advice operations within the financial services or wealth management sector.
- Technical Proficiency: Advanced working knowledge of XPLAN is essential.
- Education: Possession of (or currently pursuing) an Advanced Diploma of Financial Planning or a relevant Undergraduate Degree.

- Demonstrated organizational and prioritization skills to manage high-volume workflows.
- High attention to detail with a sound understanding of compliance obligations.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with a proactive, get-on-with-the-job attitude.
