Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Client Services Manager to join our Operations team in Ortigas. This is a pivotal role within our eCommerce sub-department, focused on providing high-level support within the wealth management and financial planning sector.

Role Overview

  • Employment Type: Full-time, Probationary
  • Salary Range: PHP 40,000 PHP 50,000
  • Work Arrangement: Onsite (Exquadra, Ortigas)
  • Shift: Morning Shift
  • Start Date: April 7, 2026

Key Responsibilities

Practice and Compliance Management

  • Act as the primary administrator for XPLAN, ensuring software functionality is maximized for productivity and quality.
  • Oversee the accuracy of fees, invoices, and operational compliance in alignment with current financial legislation and reforms.
  • Collaborate with the Client Relationship Manager to implement process improvements and embed compliance into daily business operations.

Client Services and Administration

  • Manage the annual review program and build lasting client relationships through efficient administration.
  • Coordinate advisor diaries, manage meeting agendas, and handle complex client inquiries.
  • Support the end-to-end advice process, including data gathering, fact-finding, and the preparation of SoA/RoA documents.
  • Execute the implementation of applications, redemptions, and insurance workflows, ensuring all documentation meets licensee standards.

Candidate Qualifications

  • Experience: Approximately 3 years of experience in client services, compliance, or advice operations within the financial services or wealth management sector.
  • Technical Proficiency: Advanced working knowledge of XPLAN is essential.
  • Education: Possession of (or currently pursuing) an Advanced Diploma of Financial Planning or a relevant Undergraduate Degree.
  • Core Competencies:
  • Demonstrated organizational and prioritization skills to manage high-volume workflows.
  • High attention to detail with a sound understanding of compliance obligations.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with a proactive, get-on-with-the-job attitude.
  • Ability to work as an agile individual contributor while collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams.
