4 weeks. Shifts can be graveyard, weekend and holidays)

Your Role:
- Responding to resolving technical issues from being the initial point of contact, diagnosing and resolving 1st level of support.
- Engaging with the customer via phone, email and chat remote support
- Troubleshoot system problems such as end user desktop, application, mail delivery, routing, server, network and firewall issues within a small to medium scale business environment
- Handle PM endorsed tickets from the North American team
- Responding to and resolving issues raised by our monitoring system
- Monitor and remediate NOC alerts
- Monitor client backups and facilitate BDR tests
- Monitor Patching of all clients and their systems
- Escalate unresolved issues to relevant escalation groups
What You Need
- Minimum of 5+ years with end user support within a US Managed Service Provider environment
- Must have Strong Experience with atleast 2 of the following: Acronis, Datto, Storage Craft, Veeam
- High English communication proficiency both written and verbal.
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Operating Systems including Windows Servers, and Office 365 Applications
- Understanding of current Virtualization (VMware / Hyper-V), Cloud (Azure/Google Cloud/AWS), Backups and Patching technologies
- Understanding of networking concepts like routing and firewalls
- Experience in Troubleshooting hardware, software, and network related issues.
- Experience with MSP tools such as Connectwise Manage, N-able, is desirable.
- IT Certifications is a plus: Comptia A+, Network+, CCNA, MCSA etc
