Unlock Your Potential

At TOA Global, we have a deep commitment to empowering individuals to excel in their enterprises, careers, and communities. Our global footprint stretches across Australia, New Zealand, North America, and the Philippines, supporting our global clients in the accounting industry.

As a Client Service Coordinator, you are the central nervous system of the client relationship. This role is designed for a highly organized professional who excels at bridging the gap between Australian accounting firms and their Philippine-based teams. You won't just be managing tasks; you'll be orchestrating workflows, ensuring regulatory compliance, and delivering the proactive communication that drives client satisfaction and firm efficiency.

Your Impact

  • Orchestrator of Onboarding & Compliance: Take full ownership of the client journey by managing onboarding and essential compliance documentation. You will track jobs and lodgments within practice management software, ensuring that no deadline is missed and every file moves seamlessly through the pipeline.
  • Proactive Communication Lead: Serve as the professional voice of the firm. From sending critical reminders and follow-ups to providing project updates, you ensure clients feel supported and informed. You will also coordinate high-value service activities, including newsletters and webinar logistics.
  • Corporate Secretarial Specialist: Handle vital ASIC functions, including annual review reminders, digital lodgments, and the meticulous maintenance of corporate registers. Your oversight ensures that all entities remain in good standing with Australian regulatory bodies.
  • Strategic Workflow Integrator: Monitor Work in Progress (WIP) and billing status, liaising directly with Australian accountants to optimize productivity. You will act as the primary coordinator between onshore and offshore teams to ensure a unified and efficient service delivery model.

What You Bring

  • The Experience: 2–5 years of mandatory experience working in or supporting an Australian accounting firm. You possess a strong understanding of Australian compliance requirements and professional client service processes.
  • Technical Proficiency: Expert-level familiarity with Australian practice management and corporate secretarial systems, such as XPM, CAS360, BGL, or Karbon.
  • The Mindset: Exceptional English communication skills, both written and verbal. You are a detail-oriented multitasker who can manage complex workflows and multiple client deadlines with professional ease and precision.

Why You'll Love It Here

We believe in rewarding high achievers with a work environment that fuels both professional growth and personal well-being.

  • Work-Life Harmony: Enjoy a 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM shift, allowing you to stay perfectly in sync with the Australian business day while reclaiming your afternoons for yourself.
  • Health & Security: Comprehensive HMO and Life Insurance coverage from day one.
  • Wealth & Growth: Competitive salary with annual performance reviews, tenure recognition, and a clear roadmap for career advancement within client services.
  • The Hub Experience: Work from a modern facility featuring a breakout room with billiards, table tennis, or foosball.
  • Fuel Your Day: Choose from over 20 varieties of free coffee and chocolate drinks at our in-house bar—the perfect fuel for a day of high-level coordination and client support.
