Position Summary

We are looking for a talented Intake and Client Relations Specialist to join our team. This is a full-time role with long-term growth potential, focusing on serving as the first point of contact for prospective clients, managing all communication channels, and guiding them toward a consultation with an attorney. Your main objective will be to ensure people become paying clients by booking a consultation with an attorney. The ideal candidate is an empathetic, professional, and goal-driven individual with mandatory experience in the legal industry.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage a high volume of inbound and outbound calls (including cold calls), serving as the first point of contact for prospective clients.
  • Perform comprehensive client intake, including listening, taking accurate notes, and managing information meticulously.
  • Conduct conflict checks and efficiently manage documentation within electronic case file systems, such as CLEO.
  • Facilitate the negotiation and sales closing process to secure appointments with an attorney, driving client conversion.
  • Process client payments and manage appointment scheduling accurately on the calendar system.
  • Thrive in a fast-paced, multi-tasking environment, demonstrating a super detail-oriented approach to all responsibilities.

Qualifications

  • Mandatory proven experience working within the legal industry (e.g., law firm, legal services, etc.).
  • Exceptional English communication skills (C2 level), both written and verbal, are non-negotiable.
  • Proven experience in making and managing high-volume inbound and outbound calls to meet sales goals.
  • Demonstrated proficiency in negotiating and sales closing, with a focus on securing attorney consultations.
  • Expertise in managing electronic case file systems, such as CLEO, and proficiency in processing payments and scheduling.
  • A proactive, super detail-oriented approach to handling confidential information and managing multiple, simultaneous tasks.
  • Ability to work full-time with a professional demeanor and minimal supervision.
