Client-Facing Technical Recruiter (Up to 50K | Hybrid | FREE AI Certification)

Cebu City-IT Park | Onsite for 6 months then Hybrid | Day Shift (6 AM3 PM PH Time)

You own the end-to-end talent pipeline for GoTeam's global technical requirements. You are not a support recruiter; you are a strategic partner responsible for managing client expectations, sourcing high-level IT talent, and converting complex job orders into successful placements. You eliminate hiring friction by enforcing high screening standards and maintaining a disciplined recruitment rhythm that satisfies demanding international clients.

This is an internal role that exists to fuel the growth of GoTeam's offshore technical teams. Best suited for professionals who prefer hands-on ownership of the full recruitment lifecycle, possess the professional assertiveness to guide hiring managers, and thrive in a structured environment where speed and quality are the primary measures of success.

You're Likely a Strong Fit If You Have:

  • At least 5 years of technical recruitment experience, ideally hiring IT or technical roles
  • Client-facing recruitment experience, managing hiring managers or external clients directly
  • Strong sourcing skills across LinkedIn, job boards, and proactive channels
  • Experience handling multiple job orders and clients simultaneously
  • End-to-end recruitment ownership (intake, sourcing, screening, coordination, offer support)
  • Availability for a fixed day shift (6:00 AM3:00 PM PH Time, MondayFriday)
  • Willingness to work in onsite for 6 months then hybrid setup, 3 days office, 2 days remote (WFH + onsite in Cebu IT Park as scheduled)
  • Comfort using ATS, recruitment metrics, and AI-enabled sourcing tools

Strong Signals

  • Experience in an RPO or global BPO environment specializing in technical talent.
  • Deep understanding of various tech stacks (e.g., .NET, React, Python, Cloud Infrastructure) to conduct credible technical screenings.
  • High proficiency in using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and data-driven recruitment metrics.

Responsibility Pillars

Client Management & Intake

You own the relationship between the requirement and the result, ensuring total alignment with internal and external stakeholders.

  • Lead strategic intake sessions with hiring managers to define technical requirements and ideal candidate personas.
  • Provide real-time market insights and data-driven advice to clients regarding talent availability and salary benchmarks.
  • Manage the feedback loop between clients and candidates to ensure high conversion rates.

Strategic Sourcing & Talent Mapping

You act as a hunter, finding the passive talent that standard job postings miss.

  • Execute advanced Boolean searches and headhunting strategies to build a robust pipeline of specialized IT talent.
  • Utilize AI-enabled tools to accelerate candidate discovery and automate initial engagement.
  • Maintain a Ready-Now talent map for recurring technical roles to reduce Time-to-Hire.

Pipeline Governance & Quality Control

You transform raw applications into high-quality shortlists through rigorous technical and behavioral screening.

  • Conduct in-depth technical screenings to verify skills, project experience, and cultural alignment.
  • Coordinate the end-to-end interview process, ensuring a seamless experience for both the candidate and the client.
  • Manage the offer negotiation and pre-onboarding phases to minimize fallouts and ensure successful starts.
