You're Likely a Strong Fit If You Have (Non-Negotiable)
- 24+ years of technical recruitment experience, ideally hiring IT or technical roles
- Client-facing recruitment experience, managing hiring managers or external clients directly
- Strong sourcing skills across LinkedIn, job boards, and proactive channels
- Experience handling multiple job orders and clients simultaneously
- End-to-end recruitment ownership (intake, sourcing, screening, coordination, offer support)
- Availability for a fixed day shift (7:00 AM4:00 PM PH Time, MondayFriday)
- Willingness to work in a hybrid setup (WFH + onsite in Cebu IT Park as scheduled)
- Comfort using ATS, recruitment metrics, and AI-enabled sourcing tools
