  • Case Management & Intake: Lead the client onboarding process by coordinating vital intake documents, including contracts and Power of Attorney forms. You will ensure all case assignments follow company procedures and that data entry within proprietary databases is flawless.

  • Strategic Sales & Admin Support: Act as a force multiplier for the sales team by following up on leads, scheduling calls, and driving client reviews. You will also maintain essential internal reports and spreadsheets to keep the operation running smoothly.

  • Regulatory Compliance: Maintain strict confidentiality and stay informed on industry-specific regulations. You will apply your knowledge of medical insurance and billing practices to maximize revenue while ensuring all activities remain compliant with US healthcare standards.

What You Bring

  • The Experience:Minimum 2 years of experience in medical billing, collections, or insurance follow-up. Experience specifically within the ambulance or EMS sector is highly advantageous.

  • Technical Proficiency: Strong knowledge of insurance claim processes, CPT/HCPCS codes, and medical terminology. You are proficient in billing software and the Microsoft Office Suite.
